Werp!!!  Stop and think.......if your plugs were "loaded" up.....PUMPING  the 
carbs [ accelerator squirts]  would totally foul the plugs...

AND..........fouled plugs do not restart 1 minute later.......especially 
after you crank and pump!  GGGGGG
