Sounds like the time my mother was convinced by the local "mechanic" 
(actually the gas pump jockey--when they still pumped your gas) that her '63 Monza 
needed antifreeze.  And guess where he put it.  I was home on leave from the Army 
when she told me, and, luckily, she had only driven half a block from the gas 
station.  I changed the oil on the spot and again the next day to be sure all 
the green stuff was gone.

many yeras ago a young fellow in our Corvair Club changed his Corvair Oil. He 
then filled it up with new oil---twice! It was not a pretty sight to see oil 
dripping out of the tail pipe. It took him alot of hours to get every thing 
free of oil where it was not supposed to be so he could start the car.
