Not in England! Small-minded petty Hitlers with a mission to fulfil Blair's 
aim of screwing the motorist as hard as possible and using him as a cash 
cow.

I suppose there might be the odd reasonable one, but I haven't met any, and 
I can't see why a reasonable person (as opposed to someone who was 
power-crazed and wanted to play at being Hitler) would be attracted to the 
job.

I loathe 'em...
