There ARE filing fees to do that and even if you get a judgment against him,
how would you manage to collect it. You could possibly hire a collection
agency, but then they have to get paid too. Unless the amount is fairly
large, it is not worth the trouble on your end, either.
Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
