<VV> Ultimate Carb Set-up

OK.not sure why my last attempt was blank, but here goes again
 
There is something called the "Ultimate" carb set-up with two two-barrel
progressive carbs for sale on e-bay right now.  Anybody have any
experience with this set-up?  Incredibly, the ad says they cost $1200
from Clarks.though I do not see it in the current catalog.  
 
Looked on Bryan's autoX site..he mentions it, but does not go into
detail.
 
Anybody running this set-up now?  Are they Holley-Weber carbs?
