Dan, I've had sway bars on the front and rear of my '64 4spd 95hp Greenbrier
for almost 15 years. They really do work though they aren't magic. The
'brier is just more predictable and stable with them than without. Some of the
guy who autocross them problably have the best experience.

This spring I'm planning on rebuilding the front and rear suspension plus
the steering on my Greenbrier. I replaced ball joints and bushings 16 years
ago but now they are showing their age again. Part of the rebuild will
involve rebuilding the steering linkage, steering box and possibly adding
sway bars. I want to improve the handling but want to mantain it stock
appearance so decambering the rear wheels, lowering it or adding a spoiler
is not an option nor is converting it to a 64-65 style rear suspension. Do
I want sway bars front and back or just front? Best manufacturer, size?
Ones designed to fit another vehicle that work perfectly etc? I've seen
that some Corvair vendors sell Addco. Are there other brands that fit or
will work better. Thanks for the help.
