I have a friend at work who has a VISA account with a low limit, ($300 or
$500) that he uses for on-line transactions. Figures he can't get wiped
out due to fraud with the low limit. He goes ballistic every other month
when they send him a notice that because he's such a good customer, they
raised his limit to a few thousand dollars.
