Off the top of my head the main difference is the crank for a 140 is heat
treated and nitrided.  If it's been ground say bye bye to the nitrided
part..  These cranks are identified by a '&' stamped on the flywheel end.
Other than that I'm not sure about the cam.  The distributor is set up
different as well.
