<VV> FRAM PH-4 quality ?

Has anyone mentioned the FRAM PH--4 filter regarding seal or mount integrity
?
        (I'm aware of  Wix51038/NAPA1038 and also spin-on alternatives.)
The FLAP here can get them in less than a week for $7-ish , but doesn't
usually
stock them in his store.
