Alan Says: I thought that bit was a joke! I thought Smitty was being
ironic about the

>From Smitty again: Nope no joke or sarcasm there Alan. When my AC died
in Flagstaff I was one unhappy camper. I am not as young as I once was
and even though driving around with a wet towel over my head kept me
comfortable, it was less than desireable. I like to have people on the
road see the wagon and believe they are seeing the real thing. I like it
when truck drivers find out that a real Corvair flat 6 is propelling me
and my camper down the road. As long as it looks right, It meets my
criteria. I don't go out of my way to mention my 16 hrs a day seats or
the powerful headlights or the sound system and I don't go into detail
about the hundreds of tiny changes that enable the engine to throw off
heat in huge quantities. If it looks Corvair then I'm happy, and I will
load in all the modern conveniences that will fit with out being noticed.
