<VV> Torque Arm Mounting Bolt

I am having one HECK of a time removing a torque arm mounting/pivot bolt from 
the bushing. A 12-ton press got it out to the point that the end of the bolt 
is even with the end of the bushing, but it's a little tough to keep the arm 
in the press and get it the rest of the way out by myself (the mounting bracket 
is in the way. Any tips or ideas on this one? I'm soaking it in penetrating 
oil as I write this.
