Just my opinion, but when I hit reply, I want to send only to the originator. 
When I hit reply all, I want to send to all on the SEND TO list and the COPY 
LIST. But at no time do I want to send to people who are no listed in the 
header of the original message. If I want to sent to VV (when they are not 
listed), then I want to have to add VV to the copy list.

It is so frustrating on Fastvairs to find out I have sent my reply to the 
whole fastvairs list when I want to reply only to the originator.
