A modern 185/80-13 is close to the stock diameter of the original 
6.50-13. Anything else in a modern size will be too small in diameter, 
although many run them. I can't help you with the 1" whitewall. Would 
you settle for blackwalls? Even black 185/80's are getting scarce, 
although they are available.
