I've torn down my spare 4sp for cleaning and inspection,and found the 'anti-rattle'spring on the countershaft-two bits were stuck to the magnet,and so far nothing looks damaged."R8M24" is on the pad below sidecover,but there's also '18W100425' stamped on the same surface but near the top-rear corner-would this be part of the vehicle VIN number? Any idea what ratio gearset I have? None of my others are marked there..thanks,Tom
