<VV> Gen light problem solved...finally

After months of casually chasing around electrical demons to get my gen light
off.  It was charging.

I had gutted my engine compartment to re-paint it, since then it did not
work.

The ground wire for the regulator looked like it was on, but black, on black
it really was not making contact.  The screw never came out, completing the
illusion.

Connected it and all is fine.  Lesson learned, go back to basics, check the
connections, and open your D___ eyes.
