<VV> 1961 wagon - yahoo groups

Does anyone know if a yahoo group (or other) can be set up to simply 
broadcast a message - and not to be a discussion forum.  If so, please drop 
me a private email.  Our ice race group is looking for a "better way" to get 
the word out on ice conditions, etc.
