<VV> 65 engine wiring harness

Andy,

At least on a car, the two red wires go to an insulated junction block on the frame, where they join to the red wire from the battery.

Hey all,
                  I am in the process of redoing the electrical system in my 63 Corvan.  I am replacing it with a 65 harness, as it is already set up for a alternator.  In the engine harness there are two red wires right by the conection to the body harness.  What do they connect to?  I have looked through both the Clarks and Underground catalogs and did not see a junction block for late harnesses.  Is there a junction block I can get locally (NAPA) or other source, and what does it do?  Please help me get the van out of Group Red, there is a car show in May I would love to take it to.
