I would suggest for a rebuilding service....HEATER BOXES!    No one likes to 
do them...low tech.....but easy if you do them all the time...

Light for shipping....Cheap to buy cores.....no one removes them from 
scrappers...


For an after market  item....find a suitable Blower that will fit in the 
space and fit the Defroster Duct!   For added 
circulation....small...plastic...12v...
