Smitty says,  I am sure you are right for the most part Jim but there are
exceptions.  Like when the Tidewater club makes the return trek from NC
for the Fall Affair.  All tops down. 60 mph, coat collers up, all windows
up, heaters on full blast.  And everybody trying to convince everyone
else how toasty and warm they are on the CBs.
