...Try using the nut for the hold-down to apply upward push,put another nut above it,3/8 or 7/16,then back the hold down nut 'off';twist the dist housing (advance-retard) to push on different spots under dist hsg;after 1/8" up,you should be able to 'twist and shout' it out..Tom
