Hi Andy, I've been looking for the original engine, or one with the same
number for my '64 Spyder cvt.
It's T0127YR
So far I've come up with 2 other '64 turbo blocks without the right numbers
. I'm about to start assembling one of them.
As far as other people finding the right numbered block, when I was parting
out a '65 Greenbrier deluxe, I just happened to scan the '65 Greenbrier
registry on Kent Sullivan's website and noticed that Terry Kalp had
purchased an identical van without the original engine. Terry knew the
numbers from his Protect-o-Plate and put them on the website. Well, the
original engine from my van, as well as being completely rebuilt and never
fired, had the same numbers as Terry's original engine had. Terry bought the
engine so I guess IT found HIM!

yea, Vairily ... Shaun
