<VV> : Use locking clip/wire hangar? in HV carbs

I have been corrected.  If you are talking about the locking clip, as Mike
is, then I agree with Mike.  Shouldn't matter.

refering to the locking clip that comes with many of
the current kits, to clip the needle to the float. I
never use them and have suffered no ill effects.
