Hey Joel, As one of the "other" (read never mentioned in the Communique)
Tri-membership Chairpersons, I have some of my own observations to make
on what has transpired the last three days. My answers and views will be
in your original text.

During my time spent on VV I have noticed that for 8 winters, "Cabin Fever"
tends to spew forth from
pent up emotions and often "irrational exhuberance" is displayed in defence
and criticism of many
many subjects with polarizing effects among the members of V V.

In your unscientific survey did you consider that the location of your club
may affect your stated observation that only the
Communique represents CORSA to the former members. Are they all active on V
V? Did they all have Corvairs before they
joined CORSA or the local club? Do they still own Corvairs? Did jobs,
health, or age affect their decision to leave CORSA?

All of us have many many factors in our lives which cause us to make
changes in which way we channel
energies devoted to family, jobs, friends and our hobbies. Positive
attitude is always the single most
important thing that we can provide to any of our activities. We are CORSA
and as such will determine
if it continues as a viable community of hobbyists who wish for Corvairs to
be their choice of a collectible
automobile. It really is that simple. With enthusiastic support we will be
CORSA for a long time.
