My opinion... Drive it on the 110. Stay away from turbo (forever) unless
you got LOTS of money and time. Somewhere down the line, swap the 110 heads
for 140 heads (plus 2 more carbs, linkage and fuel lines). You can probably
find everything you will need at the "swap meet" portion of the Iowa
convention for decent prices. A 140 will walk away from a tubo up to about
60 mph! So, for the time being, all you need is a couple of carbs, correct
linkage and fuel lines. Now you can drive it to wherever you want to work
on it. Well, assuming the brakes are fine. You DO need to be sure you can
stop it before you actually get it moving.
Hell, there is probably guys on VV that are near you that have what you need
(used & may need attention) sitting in a box someplace in a dark corner -
doing nothing. Just ask!
Since you are now a CORSA member, they'll be more willing to help. (THIS is
a JOKE! - don't flame me)
