I forgot about that one, but I was thinking more of a Corvair-powered
Corvair.  Not that there's anything wrong with V8 'vairs.  Many people don't
realize how much of a "performance" car the Corvair can be in the right
environment.  I used to routinely put contemporary muscle cars into the
weeds when they tried to keep up in the curves -- one time the hotshot in
the GTO slid into a guardrail trying to keep up with the puny Corvair.  On
the other hand, my 350 Nova will leave the Corvair in the dust at the
dragstrip.  There is, however, at least one Corvair of which I am aware that
would smoke the Nova at the drags.
