To the lurking vendors: I must read one to two posts a month from people
looking to buy modern rims with proper backspacking for their early and late
models. Why isn't anyone trying to satisfy the demand for alternative wheel
sizes in the original fitment? A nice steel wheel repro isn't even available.
I would be grateful for a stock original 13 inch rim in black paint at this
point as most available used wheels are bent, out of round, rusted, etc. The
proper hub diameter is key. Is there any consensus on this? Steel wheels
really are inexpensive. If you are tooling the centers for the 13 and 14
anyway, you can offer plus 2 - 4 sizes as well for fun and profit.
