my only input to all of this is i know and appreiciate all the work that goes
in to keeping a club alive...but i also know that as we all age..some of us
loose interest or ability to enjoy club events or work on our cars, or worse
yet the financial security to belong to all the groups we would like to. the
magazine has always been a good job done, there is always more that can be done
but where is the help? i never gave a thought about not being a member but
still enjoying the free benefits of vitual vairs...
also how about a senior rate discount for club or after so many years at
regular rate?it beats loosing some of the older crowd? i belong to vintage chevy
also for many years but corsa is the best for vairs. our local club has gone
thru the same number crunch , but mostly due to deaths or moving away, or worse
yet getting away from corvairs. it is tough to interest younger guys in our
"strange" car, but give them a ride , ya never know you might change their
lives, and get us another new member. regards, see you in oregon, tim colson
please keep up the hard work!!!
lifer corsa , lifer vintage chevy(when they started recognizing corvairs)
lifer c n y c c, and others.
