I was just going to run out to a sale on drums at a local parts place and
see if they have any replacement ones available.

especially if the park brake has been applied for years or if the weight of
the car has been sitting on the drums. i bought a pair off of ebay for
$30, but one was so distorted from years of sitting that it caused 1/2" of
lateral runout measured at the wheel rim, and turning it on a brake lathe
indexed on the pilot made some *very* thin areas in the braking surface due
to the out-of-round condition caused again by years of sitting either
carrying the weight of the car or having the park brake applied.
