<VV> Chroming pot metal

What is the best place these days for rechroming pot metal trim pieces?

It seems that it's pretty well necessary to ship them out since the few local places around these days will only do bumpers, but then I've heard horror stories about not getting your own parts back, pits not properly repaired, the process taking forever, high cost, etc.
