I have Firestone factory measurements for a Firestone Deluxe Champion,
7.00-14 tire. I can't say for sure that this is your tire, but I assume
it to be.
Rim width 5.0"
Section width 7.05"
Diameter 26.2"
Static loaded radius 12.2"
The circumference would figure out to be 82.27 which agrees closely
with your measurements for your slightly-worn tire.
