I'm not looking for  a rebuild kit for either anymore
cause I fixed the starter and decided on a  rebuilt
alternator.  But before I decided this I called and
they  didn't even show an existence of a kit for either
of them.

They are standard GM parts or industry equivilent. It must be just laziness  
or ignorance. I will bet that the Corvair Vendors - none of whom are lazy  or 
ignorant - could help! - Seth
