The 164 cid engine was the only displkacement available 1964-69. It was
available in four states of tune. Since not everyone had access or wanted
to pay for HI-Test there was a 95 hp version with 8.25:1 compression that
could run on "Regular". This engine was standard in the 500 and Monza. All
optional engines required premium fuel.
These were the 9.25:1 compression 110 HP engine available in 500 and Monza
only . Starting in 1965 and optional in the Monza but standard in the Corsa
was the 140 hp HP engine also at 9.25:1 compression (PG only available in
the Monza probably because there was no room for the shifter in the Corsa
instrument) panel. And then there was the 8.25:1 compression turbo
available in the Monza Spyder (1964) and Corsa (1965-66).

for the 1965 chart (on right side of page)
Hope this helps.
