<VV> Quick Spark Plug question

I bought AC 43F's for my car months and months ago.  I
now have learned these aren't the right ones.  What
I'm wondering is this-  Will it hurt anything to get
my car running with them and can I run them, or is
there a major reason for this?  I don't want to have
to go out an get another set right away if I don't
have to.
