If it's anything like my '64 Monza..I simply unbolted the stock radio
housing from the bottom of the dash. bought a "Universal Underdash
Stereo Mount" from my local car radio shop for something like ten
bucks, screwed it to the bottom of the dash, and easily slipped in a
modern AM/FM/CD player, connected to one of those "two speakers in one"
replacememt jjobs from Clarks. Sounds good, was easy, and I can switch
it back to stock in about 15 minutes.

Has anyone had any success in installing an AM-FM-CD radio into the
early radio compartment? If so, with what radio?
Thanks,

You *can* repair a flip-flop with a capacitor!
