<VV> Search the archives

I can't remember who posted the directions earlier with regard to searching
the archives.  I just remember that someone did a ton of work to prepare
that document.  I thought I had saved it, but now I cannot find it.  I need
information regarding repairing spark plug threads.  I seem to recall it was
Joe West.  Apologies in advance if I am wrong.  Could someone point me to
that document, or forward it to me?
