<VV> Corvair spotted on TV "My Classic Car"

My Classic Car was just running the episode on the the Cruisin the Coast
Car Show (Mississippi Gulf Coast) and they showed a nice looking custom
66 Corsa Coupe. The car had Clark's full ground effects, aftermarket
side mirrors, custom pinstripping, and cragar mags with spinners. The
car looked pretty nice but was unfortunatly on air for only about 1.5
seconds. 

I can't video capture from my TVio but I snapped a few shots from my
digital camera....I posted the shots on Corvair Center but they are a
little grainy from the TV display.
 
Anyone know who the car belongs to, I have never seen it before?
