<VV> radio noise

Just to reinforce...  Are the "grounding" straps between the engine shroud 
and the sheet metal where the top of the rubber perimeter seal attaches to 
all in place?  If not, that is why the radio is picking up "noise".

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
