<VV> Current Issue of Classic Motorsports

If you get a chance, pick up the current (in Canada anyway) issue of Classic
Motorsports (It's got a gorgeous BMW 507 on the cover).  In the "Ran When
Parked" section it has two shots I took of Howard G's place in Renton, one
of the three 'briers and another that (although you can't tell from the
picture) is of four EM's.

They are also going to be printing an issue in the near future detailing the
Yenko Stinger and Corvair history.  If it is anything like the indepth look
they've given other unusual iron it should be a very good read.

Also, they're already looking to sponsor clubs for participation in the
Walter Mitty Event held at Road Atlanta.  The exposure CORSA could get by
making a good showing at this event would be great for the club.  Would the
NECC consider adding this to the '06 schedule?

Finally.  For those organizing the '06 (and future) conventions; How much
thought is given to promoting the convention in (usually) free "Upcoming
Events" lists like those published in CMS and others.  And after the
convention, is anything done to get some free advertising in things like CMS
the way other clubs (with obviously smaller events) are doing?

P.S. The publisher's wife (of Grassroots Motorsports and Classic
Motorsports) has a hankerin' for a '64 Spyder 'vert, no rusted out projects
