It's really only suitable for getting the idle mixture right... most valuable for passing 4% emmission tests.

I use the electronic Gastester from the same companyinstead of the Colortune... but have not really found it necessary on Vairs.. they have a small rnage of 
adjustment and are easy to do by ear.

 British A-series engines run extremely well VERY rich... the Gastester makes it quick to lean it down for the test.
