All Forward Control (Greenbriar, etc.) models used 5 x 14" 5-lug  wheels from 
1961-65. Corvair Cars used 13 x 5.5" 4-lug wheels from 1960 to 1964.  1965-69 
Corvairs used 13 x 5.5" 5-bolt wheels from 1965-1969.
 
No Corvair car CAME with 14" wheels, just (and all) FCs.
