I have seen it and so has the Virginia Vair clubs.  He hand fabricated much 
of it which you will have to do too. The only thing you can buy is another 
carb.  Everything else he made, including the inlet pipes, mounts, gaskets, 
air cleaner housing and hoses, linkage and the  waste gate-using a Corvair 
exhaust valve.

Smitty is in Kansas and his mailbox situation is unknown.
