<VV> VV Dry valve spring and rocker?

The pushrod for this valve may be clogged or, more likely, installed
wrong-end-in. The end at the valve should have a small hole in the side of
the pushrod - the end at the lifter has a hole ONLY in the END (axial) of
the pushrod. Loosen the rocker, pull the rod out, put it back in the other
way, adjust the rocker back down, drive on.

Subject: <VV> VV Dry valve spring and rocker?
Need some quick help here. i have and engine with a dry valve(as in not
oiling) spring and rocker on #5. I have never seen this before on an engine.
Any suggestions on what may cause this situation or what to look for?
