<VV> cooling system and Kansas humor

I think I once cooked a (very evenly distributed) rectangular (shape of 
Kansas) pancake on the sidewalk at the intersection of  East Main and North 
Grand in Lyons KS - the very CENTER of the state.  I will attest, it was 
flat as Kansas.
