I'll say it again:
The purpose of VV is to discuss Corvairs. Not just stock Corvairs.
Not just modified Corvairs. Not just earlies. Not just lates. Not
just FCs. Not just with a mouse. Not just in a house.
If you or someone else would like to set up a list that limits itself,
that's fine (i.e. FastVairs). They have their place. As do many other
forms of communication. However, VV is explicitly defined as an all
inclusive list where any Corvair topic is welcome. Every Corvair owner
is welcome too. That's not to say one won't get an occasional RTFM,
but you can expect to find out which M you should be RTFing at least.
That was the purpose then. It is the purpose now. If you'd like to
discuss your Honda VTEC installation in a Lakewood, let's hear about
it. I don't see how that's not Corvair related, so it belongs here.
Roughly speaking, if you can put it in the Car Display at the
convention, then it's a valid topic here.
That said, bickering is not welcome. Personal attacks are not welcome.
If anyone would like to discuss the VV charter, please write to the
Chairman or VairOrg.
