<VV> cocktail shakers

Wwhen I got my 66 'vert, (egad, going on 20 years. ;0), the cocktail shakers were dry, so I topped them off.  Now after all these years, I'm wondering what the fill level should be.  They may not be working, because I've never noticed much difference with the in or out.  -ron 65,66
