<VV> WTB Rebuildable Engine Seattle/Tacoma WA

Hello,

I would like to buy a rebuildable complete engine (including sheetmetal and 
accessories if possible) somewhere within a couple hours drive of Tacoma WA. 
Year or HP is not that important, but 164 CID is preferable.

I'm thinking this time I will start with the engine, then go looking for a 
car that needs it.

Off list replies probably make the most sense.
