So why does not one of the M.E. types on the list draw up a "modern" fan 
and have 
it cut on a CNC machine and see how it works?  Not that hard, I have a 
basic 
one drawn up in PRO-E but I hate using that program, and dont have handy 
access to a machine to cut one.  Cant be that hard.
...end all this the mechanical fan is soinefficient etc.. whining...
