Hey gang,
I, for one, would appreciate knowing a way to calibrate the gauge or sender so it is a little closer than 4-5 gallons off. There has to be a difference between empty, really empty, and dammit-I-mean-it-this-time empty.
Come to thin of it: hey JR! Isn't 5 gallons half a tank?
Never mind, I just got it. Still would like to know, though.

It is my understanding that GM designed it that way. Should read E when
there is 4 gallons left in the tank.
