Doesn't make much difference how many blades you use or how much engineering 
you do, it still takes a certain amount of power to get a certain amount of 
air through the restricted engine area and an electric motor won't do it. 
Did that electrically cooled car run in the rally?  I doubt it, it never 
would have finished.
