all missing the rear ones only.  Did maybe they only put them in front on some, 
or if they were removed by some P.O. why? They have been re-installed in all

I suspect the rear ones got removed if the owner was working on the tail 
lights as the lights are pretty well concealed behind the shakers.  Then just 
never got reinstalled.
